The fourth installment of the annual Cape Town Tattoo Convention takes place the weekend of Friday 27 – Sunday 29th of January at the Pavilion in the Waterfront. This is a rare chance to see artists creating their masterpieces in real time as tattoo-ing is often a private affair.
